Business Excellence
We are the only organization in Poland acting as a key EFQM representative and advocate in Poland.
As part of the Foundation’s activities, we promote the EFQM model as an effective strategic tool that supports change management and performance improvement. We also demonstrate the tangible benefits of implementing this model.
For 15 years, I have been an international EFQM assessor, and for the past 5 years, I have closely collaborated with EFQM, contributing my knowledge and experience to the development and updates of the EFQM model in 2020 and 2024.
I work closely with several international organizations around the world that are either already using the EFQM model or are seeking to implement a business excellence approach and fact-based decision-making, using the EFQM model within their organizations.
We advise, consult, and support organizations undergoing transformation that aim to improve or enhance their operations. We help organizations improve their performance excellence.
We help organizations focus, align, and accelerate their performance excellence strategies through the use of the EFQM assessment process. This processes is based on Criteria that describe the essential characteristics of high performing organizations.
Our approach includes strategies that build on an organization’s culture so that their operations better reflect the mission, vision, and values that they espouse. High-performing organizations continue their performance excellence journey in their efforts to become a role model company – in the eyes of their customers and their employees.
