Support and Development for Youth 18+
We are aware that many young people face challenges in navigating today’s reality, which is full of uncertainty, and in finding their personal and professional paths. They struggle with issues such as social pressure, difficulties in securing stable employment, mental health concerns, and the impact of social media.
Through this program, we aim to provide them with support and tools that will enable them to better cope with these challenges and find their place in today’s world.
We achieve this through:

- Education
- Psychological support
- Coaching and mentoring
- Social initiatives and campaigns
Within our Business Excellency Academy Youth program, we help younger professionals understand how organizations function from the inside and how to learn from those, who helped build these organizations.
We’re building a safe space where no one is alone and where no problems are marginalized.
