Connecting Generations

We observe a growing divide in society caused by the lack of or strained intergenerational relationships. We recognize the great value of cross-generational cooperation and see how, in the long run, it can positively contribute to building a better world and a higher-quality future.

Through our programs, we build intergenerational bridges and create spaces where different generations can support, inspire, and learn from one another. By working together, we promote understanding, empathy, and respect, thereby strengthening intergenerational bonds. Together, we create communities in which each generation draws from the experiences and innovations of others, building a future based on shared values and mutual support.

Career 50Plus programme

“Career 50 Plus is a program and a nationwide initiative addressing key challenges of the modern labor market, including demographic shifts, workforce shortages, and the underutilized potential of experienced employees. The program was designed to support the activation of individuals aged 45+, as well as to assist employers in building inclusive work environments and addressing the growing skills gap within organizations. It is a social and professional development program with a strong regional focus, recognizing that each region differs in terms of cultural context and local labor market challenges. We acknowledge and value this diversity.

The program responds to real labor market needs, including:

Support and Development for Youth 18+

We are aware that many young people face challenges in navigating today’s reality, which is full of uncertainty, and in finding their personal and professional paths. They struggle with issues such as social pressure, difficulties in securing stable employment, mental health concerns, and the impact of social media.

Through this program, we aim to provide them with support and tools that will enable them to better cope with these challenges and find their place in today’s world.

Support and Development for Women

We are aware of and understand the challenges women face, including experiences of domination, abuse, and harm. Divorce, betrayal, the loss of a child, or depression often disrupt their lives, undermine their self-esteem, and challenge their sense of purpose. Knowing that women must deal daily with gender inequality, psychological and economic violence, workplace harassment, and lack of social support is a strong signal for us to take action. Job loss, bankruptcy, and anxiety about the future are challenges many women struggle to overcome.

We aim to provide women with emotional, legal, and psychological support so they can regain their strength, dignity, and self-confidence. We strive to create a safer environment where every woman can feel free and respected.

Business Excellence

We are the only organization in Poland acting as a key EFQM representative and advocate in Poland.

As part of the Foundation’s activities, we promote the EFQM model as an effective strategic tool that supports change management and performance improvement. We also demonstrate the tangible benefits of implementing this model.

For 15 years, I have been an international EFQM assessor, and for the past 5 years, I have closely collaborated with EFQM, contributing my knowledge and experience to the development and updates of the EFQM model in 2020 and 2024.

I work closely with several international organizations around the world that are either already using the EFQM model or are seeking to implement a business excellence approach and fact-based decision-making, using the EFQM model within their organizations.

We advise, consult, and support organizations undergoing transformation that aim to improve or enhance their operations. We help organizations improve their performance excellence.

We help organizations focus, align, and accelerate their performance excellence strategies through the use of the EFQM assessment process. This processes is based on Criteria that describe the essential characteristics of high performing organizations.

Our approach includes strategies that build on an organization’s culture so that their operations better reflect the mission, vision, and values that they espouse. High-performing organizations continue their performance excellence journey in their efforts to become a role model company – in the eyes of their customers and their employees.

Regardless of your current improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, ISO, etc.), use of the EFQM Criteria will help you to focus, align, and accelerate performance excellence across your organization.
