On March 7, 2025, our Foundation partnered with and supported another edition of the Polka XXI Century Conference, held at the Reduta Banku Polskiego in Warsaw. This year’s theme was “Change – the Contemporary Polish Woman in a Changing World.” At Heart & Mind, we deeply believe that every change starts with internal transformation—the courage to look at oneself and the world from a new perspective.
We support personal development, mental health, and conscious leadership. Believing that social change begins with the individual and that authentic leadership is the ability to listen to oneself and others, we prepared workshops titled “The Power That Invites You to Change.” These were led by Paulina Szeromska, a Process Oriented Psychology therapist, and Anna Kielisiak, our co-founder and Process Psychology trainer.
The event featured special guests including Clare Mulley, Chantal Delsol, and Natalia de Barbaro, along with panel discussions, author meetings, and workshops.
The event concluded with the Polka XXI Century Awards Gala, where one of our co-founders, Agnieszka Operhalska, presented an award in the Innovation and New Technologies category. The statues were awarded to women who distinguished themselves through their activities in 2024. The Gala’s special guest was Otylia Jędrzejczak, who shared her personal story, and the evening ended with a performance by American vocalist Stan Breckenridge.
