From 19 to 24 May 2025, the next edition of change:academy took place – one of the largest educational initiatives in Poland for young people up to the age of 25, organised by the Impuls Foundation. As the Heart & Mind Foundation, we had the pleasure of preparing the Business Track, where young participants could develop the skills needed to navigate the world of work and entrepreneurship.
The track included 12 trainings and workshops led by experts, business practitioners, as well as representatives of the Heart & Mind Foundation. The sessions covered topics such as entrepreneurship, finance and starting new initiatives, labour law, ESG and CSR trends, as well as building relationships and authenticity in the corporate world. Altogether, our events brought together more than a thousand participants, with an average rating of 4.5/5.
The greatest interest was drawn by workshops on recognising one’s strengths and building a business around them, as well as sessions on authenticity in business, entrepreneurship, and practical aspects of labour law. This wide range of topics showed how important both hard and soft skills are for young people – from legal knowledge to self-confidence and courage in taking action.
Taking part in change:academy was an opportunity for us to put our mission into practice. The Heart & Mind Foundation supports young people in facing the challenges of today’s world, providing them with tools for growth and for finding their own path in life and career. We are glad that our track attracted such great interest and we believe the knowledge and inspiration gained will support participants in the future.
